Pātra shuddha chitta gōhī — vessel pure, chitta witness; na lage kāmhī sāngaṇe — no need to tell anything.
The verse
पात्र शुद्ध चत्ति गोही । न लगे कांहीं सांगणें ॥१॥
शूर तरी सत्य चि व्हावें । साटी जीवें करूनि ॥ध्रु.॥
अमुप च सुखमान । स्वामी जन मानावें ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे जैसी वाणी । तैसे मनीं परिपाक ॥३॥
Literal translation
Pātra shuddha chitta gōhī — vessel pure, chitta witness; na lage kāmhī sāngaṇe — no need to tell anything. Śūra tarī satya chi hvāve — the hero must truly be satya; sāṭī jīve karūnī — trading-sāṭī with jīva. Amupa cha sukha-māna — amupa sukha-māna; svāmī jana mānāve — svāmī (and) people should honor. Tukā mhaṇe jaisī vāṇī — Tukā says: as the vāṇī; taise manīm paripāka — so the paripāka in the mana.
What it means
A short 3-verse claim by Tukārām.
The argument: Vessel-pure, chitta-as-witness — no-need-to-tell-anything. The-hero-must-truly-be-satya, trading-jīva. Sukha-honor-is-unlimited; svāmī-and-people-should-honor. As-the-vāṇī, so-the-mana-paripāka (ripening).
The paripāka image is striking — full-ripening of-the-mana matches-the-vāṇī.

Tukārām's claim. The vessel (must be) pure; the chitta (must be) the witness. No need to tell anything. The hero must truly be satya — trading with the jīva. Unlimited (is) the sukha-honor; the svāmī and the people should honor. As the speech, so the ripening in the mana. The verse permits the bhakti-claim: vāṇī-and-mana-must-match-in-paripāka.
