सगुण रूपाची टेव । माहा लावण्य लाघव । नृत्य करितां सकळ देव । तटस्त होती

भव्यरूप वितंड । भीममूर्ति माहा प्रचंड । विस्तीर्ण मस्तकीं उदंड । सिंधूर चर्चिला

With many fragrances, [ichor] drips steadily from the temple-lobes (gaṇḍa-sthala); swarms of six-footed ones (ṣaṭ-pada = bees) have come there, with their humming sound.
मुर्डीव शुंडादंड सरळे । शोभे अभिनव आवाळें । लंबित अधर तिक्षण गळे । क्षणक्ष्णा मंदसत्वी
murḍīva śuṇḍā-daṇḍa saraḷe | śobhe abhinava āvāḷẽ | lambita adhara tikṣaṇa gaḷe | kṣaṇakṣaṇā manda-satvī
The curled trunk-pole (śuṇḍā-daṇḍa) then straightens; a fresh bump (āvāḷa) on the forehead shines; the drooping lower lip, the sharp throat — moment by moment, moving with gentle strength (manda-sattva).
चौदा विद्यांचा गोसांवी । हरस्व लोचन ते हिलावी । लवलवित फडकावी । फडै फडै कर्णथापा

[Master of] actor, drama, arts, and skill (kauśalya); in various rhythms he dances; to the filled beat of cymbals (tāla) and drum (mṛdanga), the accompanying instruments (upānga) resound.
स्थिरता नाहीं येक क्षण । चपळविशईं अग्रगण । साअजिरी मूर्ति सुलक्षण । लावण्यखाणी
sthiratā nāhī̃ yeka kṣaṇa | capala-viśayī̃ agra-gaṇa | sāajirī mūrti sulakṣaṇa | lāvaṇya-khāṇī
Not for a single moment is he still; foremost (agra-gaṇa) in nimbleness (cāpalya); a delightful form, well-marked (sulakṣaṇa), a mine of beauty (lāvaṇya-khāṇī).
रुणझुणा वाजती नेपुरें । वांकी बोभाटती गजरें । घागरियासहित मनोहरें । पाउलें दोनी

īśvara-sabhesī ālī śobhā | divyāmbarāñcī phā̃kalī prabhā | sāhitya-viśayī̃ sullabhā | aṣṭa-nāyakā hotī
To the divine assembly (īśvara-sabhā) splendor has come; the radiance (prabhā) of divine garments (divya-ambara) spreads out; in matters of literary art (sāhitya-viśaya) he is readily accessible; the eight classes of heroines (aṣṭa-nāyikā) of poetic art are there.
ऐसा सर्वांगे सुंदरु । सकळ विद्यांचा आगरु । त्यासी माझा नमस्कारु । साष्टांग भावें
aisā sarvānge sundaru | sakaḷa vidyāñcā āgaru | tyāsī mājhā namaskāru | sāṣṭānga bhāvẽ
Thus, beautiful in every limb; a storehouse (āgara) of all sciences (sakaḷa vidyā) — to him my salutation (namaskāra), eight-limbed (sāṣṭānga) with full feeling (bhāva).
ध्यान गणेशाचें वर्णितां । मतिप्रकाश होये भ्रांता । गुणानुवाद श्रवण करितां । वोळे सरस्वती
dhyāna gaṇeśācẽ varṇitā̃ | mati-prakāśa hoye bhrāntā | guṇānuvāda śravaṇa karitā̃ | voḷe sarasvatī
By describing Gaṇeśa's meditation-form (dhyāna), the light of intellect (mati-prakāśa) is kindled even for the deluded (bhrānta); by hearing the recital of his qualities (guṇānuvāda), Sarasvatī herself pours forth.
जयासि ब्रह्मादिक वंदिती । तेथें मानव बापुडे किती । असो प्राणी मंदमती । तेहीं गणेश चिंतावा
jayāsi brahmādika vanditī | tethẽ mānava bāpuḍe kitī | aso prāṇī manda-matī | tehī̃ gaṇeśa cintāvā

je mūrkha avalakṣaṇa | je kā̃ hīṇāhūni hīṇa | teci hotī dakṣa pravīṇa | sarva-viśayī̃
Those fools, the ill-marked; the lower-than-lowest (hīṇāhūni hīṇa) — those very ones become skillful (dakṣa) and expert (pravīṇa) in every matter.
ऐसा जो परम समर्थ । पूर्ण करी मनोरथ । सप्रचीत भजनस्वार्थ । कल्लौ चंडीविनायेकौ
aisā jo parama samartha | pūrṇa karī manoratha | sa-pracīta bhajana-svārtha | kallau caṇḍī-vināyekau
