Literal translation
English: By tripuṭi-yoga — nothing fits anyone — when one goes, another follows on the back. Behind-and-ahead, all is kāla — fleeing avails not, force avails not — (but) when (one) raises a kōlhāḷa, by kṛpā Hari carries on (his) khāṇda. The powers of pāpa-puṇya are all arranged by Śrīpati — come in kākulati to the sattā-nāyēka. Tuka stands on the far shore — yet this prakāśa selects — when sāngaḍī is set, in the heat-flame's pēṭ, (it) calls.

What it means
Tripuṭi-yoga binds; Hari carries on shoulder when called. The tripuṭi — the threefold structure of cognition (knower-knowledge-known) — keeps the cycle going. Ēka jātām lāgē — ēka pāṭhīm lāgatē — as one goes, another comes on the back — endless rotation.
The escape: karitām kōlhāḷa — kṛpē khāṇdām Hari vāhē — when one raises a kōlhāḷa (loud cry), by kṛpā, Hari carries on (his) khāṇda (shoulder). The kōlhāḷa is the precondition; Hari does the carrying.
The closing — Tukā ubhā paila thaḍī — Tuka stands on the far shore. From the far shore, Tuka signals — prakāśa nivaḍī (the light selects / picks out the bhakta still in the fire). Tāpē pēṭīm hākārī — (I) call out from / to the heat's pēṭ (= the burning oven) — Tuka calls those still in the fire across the river.
