Saying 'all is mithyā,' yet mind follows the powerful; / knowers being crushed by wealth — this is called bhrama.

karmaṭhapaṇem jñāna viṭe | kām jñātepaṇem baḷem bhraṣṭe | koṇīyeka sīmā phiṭe | yā nāmva bhrama
By ritualism, jñāna is polluted; or by knower-pride, one forcibly falls; / one goes beyond some limit — this is called bhrama.

Injustice is not understood; by injustice done, one is harmed; / uselessly ruffled by pride — this is called bhrama.

Taking medicine without pratīti; observing regimen without pratīti; / telling jñāna without pratīti — this is called bhrama.
फळश्रुतीवीण प्रयोग । ज्ञानेंवीण नुस्ता योग । उगाच शरीरें भोगिजे भोग । या नांव भ्रम
phaḷaśrutīvīṇa prayoga | jñānemvīṇa nustā yoga | ugāca śarīrem bhogije bhoga | yā nāmva bhrama
Prayoga without phala-śruti; mere yoga without jñāna; / uselessly enjoying enjoyment through the body — this is called bhrama.
ब्रह्मा लिहितो अदृष्टीं आणि वाचून जाते सटी । ऐशा प्रकारीच्या गोष्टी । या नांव भ्रम
brahmā lihito adṛṣṭīm āṇi vācūna jāte saṭī | aiśā prakārīcyā goṣṭī | yā nāmva bhrama
'Brahmā writes the destiny; Saṭī reads it away' — / such-type talk — this is called bhrama.
उदंड भ्रम विसरला । अज्ञानजनीं पैसावला। अल्प संकेतें बोलिला । कळावया कारणें
