Literal translation
English: This is the constant-conversation, eternally — making and consuming the gopāla-kālā. The kāmadhenu's milk has overpouringly-flowed — complete, ready, sky-filling. Saints, Sanakādika in fine-arrangement; division by icchā and āvaḍī. Tuka says: let us put Nārāyaṇa in the middle — then no fatigue in any play.

What it means
A kālā-as-eternal-anuvāda abhang. Four claims:
-
हे चि अनुवाद सदा सर्वकाळ — this is the eternal anuvāda. Anuvāda — constant conversation, repetition, the recurring-discourse. The gopāla-kālā is not a one-time event; it is the eternal-recurring-conversation. Every kālā-festival is participation in the same eternal-anuvāda.
-
वोरसलें कामधेनूचें दुभतें — संपूर्ण आइतें गगनभरी — the kāmadhenu's milk overflowed — complete, ready, sky-filling. The kāmadhenu (the wish-fulfilling cow) has overflowed; the supply is sky-filling. The bounded-supply concern of 189 (no deficit, no excess) is here in the cosmic-supply version: the supply itself is unlimited, ready, complete. (Compare 157's cosmic milking cow.)
-
संत सनकादिक गोमट्या परवडी — विभाग आवडी इच्छेचिये — saints, Sanakādika in fine arrangement; division by icchā and āvaḍī. The cosmic-bhaktas (saints, Brahmā's mind-born sons) are arranged finely; the distribution happens by each one's icchā (desire) and āvaḍī (preference). The each-by-their-own-taste distribution rule.
-
मधीं घालूं नारायण — मग नव्हे सीण कोणा खेळें — put Nārāyaṇa in the middle — then no fatigue in any play. The closing rule. Putting Nārāyaṇa in the middle of any play / any game / any work makes that play fatigue-free. Compare 212's fēra mājī ghālunīyām Harī — Hari put in the middle of the round. Same rule, generalized: put the deity in the middle of any activity, and the activity has no fatigue.

For someone today
This abhang names a general-principle that extends beyond the specific kālā:
-
The kālā is eternal-anuvāda*. Each shared-feast is participation in the same eternal-conversation. Don't think you are making it up new each time; you are joining the recurring-event*.
-
The supply is kāmadhenu-overflow*. The provisioning is not your problem. The cosmic-cow has already overflowed; the milk is sky-filling*. Stop scarcity-anxiety in the kālā-register.
-
Distribution is by each-one's icchā*. Vibhāga āvaḍī icchēchiyē. The kālā-distribution doesn't force-equalize; each takes by their own preference. Honoring each-one's-icchā* is part of the discipline.
-
Put Nārāyaṇa in the middle — no fatigue. Madhīm ghālūm Nārāyaṇa — maga navhē śiṇa koṇā khēḷē. The operative-rule. In any play / any work / any project / any community / any meal — put the deity in the middle. The no-fatigue property follows.
This is not magical-thinking. It is the precise claim that centering-the-deity in any activity changes the fatigue-curve of that activity. Activities that should be exhausting become fatigue-free when Nārāyaṇa is in the middle. (Compare 184: bhoga-bhogūn-brahmacāri — enjoying without depletion; 205: yā sāngātē nāhī śiṇa — no fatigue in this company. The same property.)
For today: when you are fatiguing in some activity, check whether the deity is in the middle of it. If not, place the deity there. The fatigue-curve shifts.
-
Kālā eternal-anuvāda*. प्रत्येक shared-feast same eternal-conversation मध्ये participation.
-
Supply kāmadhenu-overflow*.
Operative-rule.
(184 compare: bhoga-bhogūn-brahmacāri — enjoying without depletion; 205: यां सांगातें नाही शिण — या company मध्ये फटिग नाही. Same property.)
Where this applies
- Kālā is eternal-anuvāda. Joining, not inventing.
- Kāmadhenu has overflowed. No scarcity-anxiety.
- Put Nārāyaṇa in the middle — no fatigue. Operative-rule.
