काय काय करितों या मना । परी नाइके नारायणा । करूं नये त्याची करी विवंचना । पतना नेऊं आदरिलें ॥१॥ भलतिये सवें धांवे सैराट । वाट आडवाट दरे दरकुट । न विचारी कुडें कांहीं कपट । घात बळकट मांडियेला ॥२॥ न पुरती भ्रमणा दाही दिशा । सप्त ही पाताळ आकाशा । घाली उडी बळें चि देखोनि फांसा । केलों या देशा पाहुणा ॥३॥ चेतवूनि इंद्रियें सकळ । आशा तृष्णा कल्पना काम क्रोध काळ । दुराविली शुद्ध बुद्धी केली राळ । ऐसें चांडाळ अनिवार हें ॥४॥ आतां काय ऐसें करावें यासी । बहु जाचिलों केलों कासाविसी । तुकयाबंधु म्हणे हृषीकेशी । धांव मज ऐसी परी जाली ॥५॥
Literal translation
English: What-what shall I do with this manas? — but it doesn't listen, Nārāyaṇa — it decides on what shouldn't-be-done — it has-undertaken to-take-(me)-into-patana (fall). Runs sairāṭa with anyone — path, side-path, ravines, ravine-rims — doesn't consider kuḍa or kapaṭa — mounted-strong-injury. Ten diśā don't suffice for wandering — seven pātāḷa-ākāśa — jumps with-force seeing the phāsa — made me a guest-in-this-country. Rousing all indriya — āśā-tṛṣṇā-kalpanā-kāma-krōdha-kāḷa — drove-away śuddha-buddhi, made it ashes — such cāṇḍāḷa unstoppable. Now what should be done with it? — much-tortured, kāsā-vīsī — Tukyā-bandhu says: Hṛṣīkēśī, run — such-state has-come to me.

What it means
A kāya-karitōm-yā-manā-doesn't-listen-Nārāyaṇa-mind-as-cāṇḍāḷa-anivāra-Tukyā-bandhu abhang. Mind-as-uncontrollable-cāṇḍāḷa register. Five claims:

काय-काय करितों या मना — Nārāyaṇa ऐकत नाही — करूं-नये त्याची vivancanā — पतना नेऊं. Opening-mind-doesn't-listen-claim. Whatever I do with this manas, it doesn't-listen to Nārāyaṇa; it makes-decisions-on what-shouldn't-be-done; it has-undertaken to-take-me-into-fall.

Sairāṭa भलत्यासवें — वाट-आडवाट-दरे-दरकुट — कुडें-कपट नाही — घात बळकट. Mind-runs-sairāṭa-claim. Runs sairāṭa (uncontrollably) with anyone; across paths, side-paths, ravines, ravine-rims; doesn't consider deceit, no fear of treachery; mounted-strong-injury planned.

दाही दिशा अपुरी — सप्त-पाताळ-आकाश — phāsa देखूनही उडी — पाहुणा केला. Mind-jumps-into-noose-claim. Ten directions don't-suffice for its-wandering; seven hells and heaven; jumps-with-force even-after-seeing-the-noose (the phāsa); made me a guest-in-this-country (= a stranger-in-samsāra).

सर्व-इंद्रिय चेतवून — आशा-तृष्णा-कल्पना-काम-क्रोध-काळ — शुद्ध-buddhi दूर — राळ — cāṇḍāḷa-अनिवार. Mind-rouses-foes-and-buddhi-as-ashes-claim. Rousing all indriyas; (rouses) the seven foes (āśā-tṛṣṇā-kalpanā-kāma-krōdha-kāḷa-and-implicit-others); drives away śuddha-buddhi, makes it rāḷa (ashes / chaff); such an anivāra cāṇḍāḷa (unstoppable cāṇḍāḷa).

For today: the manas is anivāra cāṇḍāḷa (unstoppable cāṇḍāḷa); it doesn't listen, runs sairāṭa, jumps into the noose, rouses foes, drives away pure-buddhi as ashes; the only resort: Hṛṣīkēśī, run — such a state has come. The bhakta cannot tame the mind alone — only Hṛṣīkēśa's running is the answer.
This abhang is Tukyā-bandhu's mind-as-uncontrollable-cāṇḍāḷa-Hṛṣīkēśī-cry register — one of the most-vivid mind-laments. Compare 0670 cāṇḍāḷa-cāṇḍāḷa-self-confession (also Tukyā-bandhu's mudra); same cāṇḍāḷa-vocabulary but here the cāṇḍāḷa is the mind not the bhakta-self. The jumps-into-the-noose-seeing-it and makes-buddhi-as-ashes images are deeply diagnostic.

आज: Manas anivāra cāṇḍāḷa; Doesn't listen, sairāṭa runs, noose-त jump, foes rouses, śuddha-buddhi राळ; फक्त resort: Hṛṣīkēśī धांव — ऐसी परी जाली. Bhakta-स्वतःच्या-strength-ने mind-tame करु शकत नाही — फक्त Hṛṣīkēśa-च-running answer.
