Literal translation
English: One prēma-guja (love-secret), listen Jagat-jēṭhī — a remembered story I tell. One mṛga (doe) with two pāḍasa (fawns) was grazing in joy in the forest. Suddenly a pāradhī (hunter) arrived there — bringing two śvānas. On one side he set the vāghura (trap-net) — placed the śvāna-putras on another side. On one side he lit the vōṇavā (wildfire) — himself stood on the fourth. Mṛgas surrounded from-all-four-sides — began to remember Your name. Rāmā-Kṛṣṇā Hari Gōvindā Kēśavā — deva-of-devas, save now. Who saves in such a sankaṭa, bāpā Jagat-jēṭhī, without You? Hearing their words, with kṛpā-antaḥkaraṇa, You melted-with-pity. At that time, You commanded the parjanya (rain) to quickly extinguish the fire. One rabbit was raised-up-and-fled there — the two dogs went after it. Mṛgas startled and quickly went — because Govinda saved them. You are such kṛpāḷu-dayāḷu — jīva-laga (life-attached) for Your bhaktas. Such Your kīrti is loved-in-life — Rakhumāī's pati, Tuka says.

What it means
A prēma-guja-narrative-doe-fawns-hunter-fire-saved-by-nāma-smaraṇa abhang. Bhakti-narrative-pavāḍa register. The structure is a complete narrative-of-divine-rescue:

Setup: One doe with two fawns grazing in joy in the forest.

Threat: A hunter arrives with two dogs. He arranges a four-fold trap: trap-net (vāghura) on one side, dog-pups (decoy) on another, wildfire on a third, himself on the fourth. The mṛgas are surrounded from all four sides.

Smaraṇa: The mṛgas begin to remember the nāma — Rāmā-Kṛṣṇā Hari Govinda Kēśava — the very-multi-name deva-of-devas litany. They cry: who saves in such a sankaṭa without You?

Rescue: Hearing them, Jagat-jēṭhī's kṛpā-antaḥkaraṇa melts. He commands: parjanya (rain) extinguishes the wildfire; a rabbit is raised-up-and-flees; the two dogs go after the rabbit; the mṛgas startle and quickly leave. Govinda saved them.

This is the classical bhakti-narrative-of-divine-rescue. The four-fold trap (vāghura-dog-pup-wildfire-hunter-himself) is striking and concrete. The rescue is accomplished through means rather than miracle: parjanya extinguishes the fire, a rabbit-decoy distracts the dogs, the mṛgas-themselves slip-out. Govinda manages-the-situation, doesn't merely-zap-it-away.
The four-fold-trap and four-fold-rescue is also a sub-structural-claim: each side of the surrounding-samsāra has its appropriate divine-counter-move.

This abhang is Tukaram's narrative-pavāḍa-of-divine-rescue register — one of the most-detailed rescue-narratives in the corpus. Compare 0596 gajēndra-mōkṣa-narrative; same divine-rescue-structure but here the rescued are mṛgas not gajendra. The four-fold-trap and four-fold-rescue is unusual structural-precision. The signature Rakhumāī's pati is one of Tukaram's mudras (when he addresses Pāṇḍuranga as Rakhumāī's-husband).
