When we sealed the bhōga; brought death to death itself — and you have to recognize this register

When You are vyāpaka, no separate me; why act by strength? — and you accept this image

When only dry-vāda remains; why take dream-pain by strength? — and you allow this image

The verse

भोगावरि आम्हीं घातला पाषाण । मरणा मरण आणियेलें ॥१॥ विश्व तूं व्यापक काय मी निराळा । काशासाठीं बळा येऊं आतां ॥ध्रु.॥ काय सारूनियां काढावें बाहेरी । आणूनि भीतरी काय ठेवूं ॥२॥ केला तरी उरे वाद चि कोरडा । बळें घ्यावी पीडा स्वपनींची ॥३॥ आवघे चि वाण आले तुम्हां घरा । मजुरी मजुरा रोज कीदव ॥४॥ तुका म्हणे कांहीं नेणें लाभ हानी । असेल तो धनी राखो वाडा ॥५॥

Baḷa — pīḍā — dream. Vāṇa — Your — gharā. Majurī — majurā — daily — kīdava. Tuka says: not-know — lābha-hāni — dhanī — keep — vāḍā.

What it means

A stone-placed-on-bhōga-death-brought-to-death-You-all-pervasive-no-separate-me-nothing-to-move-only-dry-vāda-by-strength-dream-pain-goods-to-Your-house-daily-wage-don't-know-lābha-hāni-master-keep-estate abhang. Total-surrender register. Six claims:

भोगावर-पाषाण-घातला — मरणा-मरण-आणियेलें. Stone-on-bhōga-death-to-death-claim. We have placed a stone on bhōga (sealed-up the entire-domain of enjoyment-suffering); we have brought maraṇa to maraṇa itself (= killed-death-itself, made-death-die). Bhōga-sealed; death-killed*.
विश्व-व्यापक — मी-निराळा-काय — कशासाठीं-बळा-येऊं. You-all-pervasive-no-separate-me-claim. You are vyāpaka (all-pervasive); what (am) I, *nirāḷā (separate)? For what should I now come by-baḷa (by-effort, by-strength)? No separate-me to act by-strength.
काय-सारूनियां-बाहेरी — आणूनि-भीतरी-काय-ठेवूं — केलं-तरी-वाद-कोरडा — बळें-पीडा-स्वप्नींची. Nothing-to-move-or-store-only-dry-vāda-dream-pain-claim. What should be moved-aside and taken outside? Bringing-in (anything), what should be stored? Even-if (anything) is done — only the *kōraḍā vāda (dry, hollow dispute) remains; why take pīḍā of-svapna (the pain that is dream-stuff) by-*baḷa? Nothing-to-bring-in-or-take-out; only-dry-dispute-remains; don't take dream-pain by force*.
अवघं-वाण-तुम्हा-घरा — मजुरी-मजुरा-रोज-कीदव. All-goods-to-Your-house-daily-wage-laborer-claim. All the vāṇa (goods, merchandise) came-to-tumhā gharā (Your house); (give) the *majurī (the wages) to the majurā (the laborer); kīdava (hand-it-over, just give-it!). All-goods-Yours; just-pay-the-laborer-his-daily-wage. (The bhakta is the majurā (laborer); the dhanī (master) is Hari; all the vāṇa (production) goes to the master's house; just give the laborer his daily wage — i.e., darśana / bhakti* — and the books are settled.)
Tuka: काही-नेणें-लाभ-हानी — असेल-तो-धनी-राखो-वाडा. Don't-know-lābha-hāni-master-keep-estate-claim. Tuka says: I know-not lābha or hāni (gain or loss); let whoever-is-the-dhanī keep the vāḍā (the estate, the property). Don't-care-about-lābha-hāni; the master keeps his estate.

This abhang is Tukaram's let-the-master-keep-the-estate register — one of the most-comprehensive total-surrender statements. Compare 0821 spent-and-bhāra-unloaded-to-You-and-Nārāyaṇa-protect (Tuka's mudra); same bhāra-unloaded-to-You register but here organized around the master-laborer-estate commercial-image. The asēla tō dhanī rākhō vāḍā (let whoever-is the master keep the estate) is the precise wholesale-surrender closing*.
