परउपकारें कायावाचामन । वेचे सुदर्शन रक्षी तया ॥१॥ याजसाटीं असें योजिलें श्रीपति । संकल्पाचे हातीं सर्व जोडा ॥ध्रु.॥ परपीडे ज्याची जिव्हा मुंडताळे । यमदूत डाळे करिती पूजा ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे अंबॠषी दुर्योधना । काय झालें नेणां दुर्वासया ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: For others' benefit — body-speech-mind — [one who] spends, the sudarśana protects that one. For this Śrīpati has arranged — all is in the hand of sankalpa. One whose tongue causes pain to others — Yama-dūtas worship with sticks. Tuka says: Ambarīṣa-ṛṣi, Duryōdhana — don't you know what happened to Durvāsā?

Sudarśana = Viṣṇu's discus-weapon. For-others'-benefit, [one who] spends-body-speech-mind — that-one the-sudarśana-protects.
The Śrīpati's arrangement: yāja-sāṭīm asē yōjilē Śrīpati — sankalpāchē hātīm sarva jōḍā — for this Śrīpati has arranged — all is in the hand of sankalpa. For-this Śrīpati has-arranged; all-(reward) is-in-the-hand-of-(one's)-sankalpa.
The pain-causing-tongue: para-pīḍē jyāchī jivhā muṇḍatāḷē — Yama-dūta ḍāḷē karitī pūjā — one whose tongue causes pain to others — Yama-dūtas worship with sticks. Muṇḍatāḷē = deeply involved in. Ḍāḷē = sticks, rods. One-whose-tongue is-deeply-(involved)-in-others'-pain — Yama-dūtas-do-pūjā-with-(beating)-sticks.
The Purāṇic-reference: Tukā mhaṇē Ambā-ṛṣī Duryōdhanā — kāya jhālē nēṇām Durvāsayā — Tuka says: Ambarīṣa-ṛṣi, Duryōdhana — don't you know what happened to Durvāsā. The reference is to the famous Bhāgavata story: Ambarīṣa-ṛṣi was a great bhakta of Viṣṇu; Durvāsā tried-to-curse-him for-a-supposed-fault; Viṣṇu's-sudarśana chased-Durvāsā through-three-worlds for-having-tried-to-harm-his-bhakta; Durvāsā had-to-prostrate-before-Ambarīṣa. Duryōdhana = the asura-king of the Mahābhārata who-suffered the consequences-of-his-malice. Don't-you-know-what-happened to-Durvāsā?
