What it means

A 3-verse hostage-demand by Tukyā-bandhu. NON-Tukārām.

The bhakta-brother threatens to take-the-Lord-to-the-pāñcha (panchayat-assembly) for-formal-arbitration of-the-dispute. If-the-Lord-won't-return-the-brother-by-sukha (easy-means), the brother-will-use-force. The diagnostic-claim: you have-the-habit (khōḍī) of-destroying-things-and-not-resting-until-you-do; we-have-already-prepared-for-this.

For someone today

Kānhōbā's-take-Lord-to-assembly demand. Now I will not stay even one kṣaṇa — your worldly-fame has been revealed. I will not let (myself) move without something done. With whom is the connection? Why are you closing eyes? I will take (you) to the assembly — or give (it back) by force. You don't let-(it)-be-known by easy-means — won't be-at-rest without destroying-(something) — but this too (we have) considered — we are (ready) for you already. (You) have done so much — stripped without conscience. At the end — (you) will not give-up this vice. The verse permits the bhakta-as-arbitration-claimant who-threatens-the-Lord.
