The abundance of devotion is thrown open and honestly measured out to everyone, ordinary and great alike, with nothing held back.
The verse
फोडिलें भांडार । माप घेऊनियां खरें ॥१॥
केली हरिनामाची वरो । मागितलें आतां सरो ॥ध्रु.॥
देशांत सुकाळ । जाला हारपला काळ ॥२॥
घ्यावें धणीवरी । तुका म्हणे लाहान थोरीं ॥३॥
Literal translation
Phōḍile bhāṇḍāra — (I have) broken-open the bhāṇḍāra; māpa gheūnīyām khare — taking measure that is true. Kelī Harināmāñcī vōrō — I made the vōrā of Hari-nāma; māgitale ātām saro — (whatever was) asked is now exhausted. Deśāmta sukāḷa — in the country, sukāḷa; jālā hārapalā kāḷa — kāḷa is disappeared. Ghyāve dhaṇīvarī — take to dhaṇī (fullness); Tukā mhaṇe lāhāna thōrīm — Tukā says: small (and) great.

मराठी: तुकाराम नामाच्या विपुलतेबद्दल सांगतात. मी भांडार फोडले आहे, खरे माप घेऊन. हरिनामाची वरो केली आहे; जे मागितले ते आता पुरे झाले. देशात सुकाळ झाला आहे, काळाचा अभावच जणू संपला आहे. तुकाराम म्हणतात, लहान असो वा थोर, सर्वांनी मनसोक्त घ्यावे. अशा प्रकारे हा अभंग सांगतो की नामाचे भांडार सर्वांसाठी खुले आहे, आणि लहान-मोठा असा भेद न करता प्रत्येकाने त्यातून मनभरून घ्यावे.
