Ātām he chi sāra he chi sāra — now this very sāra; mūla-bīja re āikā — mūla-bīja, listen.
The verse
आतां हें चि सार हें चि सार । मूळबीज रे आइका ॥१॥
आवडीनें आवडी उरे । जें ज्या झुरे तें त्यासी ॥ध्रु.॥
प्रेमाचिया सूत्रदोरी । नाहीं उरी उरवी ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे चिंतन बरें । आहे खरें ख†यापें ॥३॥
Literal translation
Ātām he chi sāra he chi sāra — now this very sāra; mūla-bīja re āikā — mūla-bīja, listen. Āvaḍīne āvaḍī ure — by āvaḍī, āvaḍī stays-grows; je jyā jhure te tyāsī — what burns for something is his. Premāñciyā sūtra-dōrī — prema's sūtra-dōrī; nāhī urī uravī — no urī-uravī. Tukā mhaṇe chintana barē — Tukā says: chintana is good; āhe khare khariyāpē — true of the true.

A 3-verse mūla-bīja text. The essence is: by-āvaḍī, āvaḍī-grows; what-burns-for-something belongs-to-it; the-prema-thread has-no-residue; chintana is the true-of-the-true.
