Tukārām's puppet-claim. You yourself (are) the driver of the buddhi's movement; you have made us a vessel of transaction. Whatever happens — you do not take the load; tell (me) — to whom else shall (I) call great? The five-elements are bundles of karma — here, what true-false judgment? There is no place to speak — why, Deva, should (I) make vain effort? The verse permits the bhakti-puppet-claim with refusal-of-judgment.
The verse
आपण चाळक बुद्धीच्या संचारा । आम्हांसी वेव्हारा पात्र केलें ॥१॥
काय जालें तरी नेघा तुम्हीं भार । आणीक कोणां थोर म्हणों सांगा ॥ध्रु.॥
पंच भूतें तंव कर्माच्या या मोटा । येथें खरा खोटा कोण भाव ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे नाहीं बोलावया जागा । कां देवा वाउगा श्रम करूं ॥३॥
Literal translation
Āpaṇa chāḷaka buddhīñcyā samchārā — you (are) the chāḷaka of buddhi's samchāra; āmhāmsī vevahārā pātra kele — (you) have made us a pātra of vevahāra. Kāya jāle tarī negha tumhīm bhāra — whatever happens — you don't take the bhāra; āṇīka kōṇām thōra mhaṇōm sāngā — to whom else shall (I) call thōra. Pamcha bhūte tamva karmāñcyā yā mōṭā — the pamchabhūtas are bundles of karma; yethe kharā khōṭā kōṇa bhāva — here, what kharā-khōṭā bhāva. Tukā mhaṇe nāhīm bōlāvayā jāgā — Tukā says: no place to speak; kām Devā vāugā śrama karūm — why, Deva, vain effort.
