The verse
सद्गूवांचूनि प्रेतरूप वाणी । बोलती पुराणीं व्यासॠषि ॥१॥
म्हणोनि तयाचें पाहूं नये तोंड । निगुरा अखंड सुतकाळा ॥ध्रु.॥
कोणे परी तया नव्हे चि सुटका । देह त्याचा लटिका जाणा तुम्ही ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे ऐसीं बोलती पुराणें । संतांचीं वचनें मागिलां हो ॥३॥
Literal translation
Sadguru-vāñchūnī preta-rūpa vāṇī — without sadguru, vāṇī is preta-rūpa; bōlatī purāṇīm Vyāsa-rṣi — (thus) Vyāsa-rṣi speaks in purāṇas. Mhaṇōnī tayāñce pāhūm naye tōmḍa — therefore don't look at his face; nigurā akhaṇḍa sūtakāḷā — (the) niguru (is) akhaṇḍa-sūtaka-kāḷa. Kōṇe parī tayā navhe chi suṭakā — in no way is his release possible; deha tyāñcā laṭikā jāṇā tumhī — know — his deha is laṭika. Tukā mhaṇe aisīm bōlatī purāṇe — Tukā says: thus speak the purāṇas; samtāñcīm vachane māgilām hō — and the sants' vachanas (are) to those who follow.
