What it means

A band-transparency abhang. Continuation of 213's band-sorting rules with the transparency-discipline. Four moves:

1. जालों आतां एके ठायीं — न वंचूं कांहीं एकमेकां — we have become at one place — we won't deceive each other in any way. The eke-ṭhāyī (one-place) state — the band has gathered. The first-rule of one-place is no-deception. Not just no-lies; no-vañcanā (no-cheating, no-withholding, no-trick) at all.

2. सरलों हेंगे देउनि मोट — कटकट काशाची — we've spread out, given the bag — what is the squabble? The moṭa (the bag, the bundle of one's provisions) has been given out / shared. The kaṭa-kaṭa (squabble, ado) about whose-is-whose is eliminated by the spreading-out.

3. सोडोनियां गांठीं पाहें — काय आहे त्यांत तें — untying the knots, look what is in it. The gāmṭhī (knots) — private-bundles, hidden-bags, sealed-portions — must be untied and looked-at. Nothing remains knotted-private in the band.

4. जालों निराळा — आतां गोपाळा देऊं बोभा — (we) have become nirāḷā — now let's call out to the gopāla. The nirāḷā — each-one-distinct, separated-out, transparent — is post-transparency state. Once no knots remain, each one is distinct-and-clear. The closing-call: let's call out to the gopāla. The bobhā (loud-call) is the appropriate next-act after band-transparency is achieved.

1. At-one-place, no-deception. Eke-ṭhāyī, na vañcūm ekamekā. When the band is gathered, the first-rule is no-deception of any kind. Not just no-lies; no withholding, hiding, manipulating, posturing.

2. Spread the bag — share-publicly what you brought. Saralōm deunī moṭa. Don't keep your moṭa (bag-of-provisions) closed. Spread it out. The squabble about what-is-whose is eliminated by publicness.

3. Untie the knots — look at what's in. Soḍonīyā gāmṭhī pāhē. Nothing remains knotted-private in a real-band. Look at what is in. (This is not surveillance; it is mutual transparency.)

4. Post-transparency: each becomes nirāḷā* — distinct. Counter-intuitively, transparency does not produce uniformity; it produces each-one-distinct. Nirāḷā — separated-out-clearly — is the post-transparency state. Hiddenness produces sameness; transparency produces distinctness*.

5. Then call the gopāla. Gopāḷā deūm bobhā. Once the band-internal-transparency is achieved, call the deity. The call-protocol requires band-internal-transparency as the precondition.

For today: in any community-of-practice — establish no-deception, spread the bag, untie the knots, become nirāḷā, then call the deity. The order matters; the call requires the prior transparency.

5. मग गोपाळाला बोलवा. गोपाळा देऊं बोभा. Band-internal-transparency झाली — देवाला call करा. Call-protocol साठी prior transparency precondition.

आज: कोणत्याही community-of-practice मध्ये — no-deception, bag spread, knots untied, nirāḷā, मग देवाला call. Order matters; call ला prior transparency लागते.
