The verse
कुटुंबाचा केला त्याग । नाहीं राग जंव गेला ॥१॥ भजन तें वोंगळवाणें । नरका जाणें चुके ना ॥ध्रु.॥ अक्षराची केली आटी । जरी पोटीं संतनिंदा ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे मागें पाय । तया जाय स्थळासि ॥३॥ ॥२॥
Literal translation
English: (He) renounced the family — if the rāga did not go. (That) bhajana is dirty; will not escape going to naraka. (He) made the akṣara-āṭī — if in the belly is sant-nindā. Tuka says: back-step — that one goes to (the same) place.

Closes the anti-fake-religion cluster (244-252; the ॥२॥ marker confirms the deliberate gatha-grouping). Three claims:

कुटुंबाचा केला त्याग — नाहीं राग जंव गेला — renounced the family — if the rāga did not go. The external-renunciation without internal-rāga-resolution. Family-leaving is not enough if the rāga (anger / passion) remained.

भजन तें वोंगळवाणें — नरका जाणें चुके ना — (that) bhajana is dirty — will not escape going to naraka. The consequence: even the bhajana performed by the renouncer-with-rāga is vōngaḷavāṇē (dirty). And the naraka-going is unavoidable. The external-form does not cleanse the internal-rāga.

अक्षराची केली आटी — जरी पोटीं संतनिंदा — the akṣara-āṭī was made — if in the belly is sant-nindā. The chanting-routine without internal-honoring of saints. The akṣara-āṭī (the routine of letters / chanting / scripture-reading) is vain if the belly carries sant-nindā (criticism / hostility / fault-finding toward saints).

तुका म्हणे मागें पाय — तया जाय स्थळासि — Tuka says: back-step — that one goes to (the same) place. The closing-claim. Mage pāya — back-step — retracing-the-path you came from. That one goes to the same place (= the prior place, naraka, the place-of-rāga). The external-renouncer-with-internal-rāga retraces back to where they started. The external-action does not move them; they end up in the same place.

External-renunciation without internal-rāga-resolution doesn't work. Kuṭumbācā kelā tyāga — nāhīm rāga jamva gelā. Leaving the situation does not solve the rāga. The rāga goes with you unless internal-resolution has happened.

Bhajana with rāga is dirty. Bhajana tē vōngaḷavāṇē. The form-of-devotion performed by one with unresolved rāga is vōngaḷavāṇē — dirty, unclean, not-fragrant. The form does not purify the internal-state.

Chanting-routine with sant-nindā is vain. Akṣarācī kelī āṭī — jarī pōṭīm sant-nindā. If your belly carries criticism of saints — even your chanting-routine is vain. The internal-stance toward saints is the actual practice; the external-chanting is downstream. (Compare 246's bringing saints' faults to mind erases sukṛta.)

Back-step takes you to the same place. Magē pāya — tayā jāya sthaḷāsi. This is the karma-mechanics. External-action without internal-change — retracing the path. You leave-and-return to the same place. (Compare 191's won't go even if chased — irreversibility of internal-change; here, the inverse: if no internal-change, you retrace back.)
For today: if you have externally-renounced something but the rāga didn't go, the renunciation is incomplete. Recognize this. Internal-resolution is the actual move; external-leaving without internal-resolution is back-step. And — check your bhajana / chanting / spiritual-practice: if your belly carries sant-nindā, anti-other, unresolved-rāga, the form is dirty. The form does not purify the internal; the internal must be addressed directly.
