The verse
कैसा सिंदळीचा । नव्हे ऐसी ज्याची वाचा ॥१॥ वाचे नुच्चारी गोविंदा । सदा करी परनिंदा ॥ध्रु.॥ कैसा निरयगांवा । जाऊं न पवे विसावा ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे दंड । कैसा न पवे तो लंड ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: How is he the simḍaḷa — whose vāca is not such (= proper)? Mouth does not utter Govinda — always does para-nindā. How will (he not go) to niraya-gāva — going — will not reach rest. Tuka says: daṇḍa — how will that laṇḍa not reach it?

What it means
A sharp anti-para-nindā abhang. Three claims:

कैसा सिंदळीचा — नव्हे ऐसी ज्याची वाचा — how (is he not) simḍaḷa-born — whose vāca is not such? The opening-curse-question: what kind of mouth is this — that the speech is not what it should be? The mouth-quality-question. (Simḍaḷa — Marathi vernacular curse, meaning illegitimately-born; here used in the whose-mouth-betrays-low-origin idiomatic sense.)

वाचे नुच्चारी गोविंदा — सदा करी परनिंदा — mouth doesn't utter Govinda — always does para-nindā. The direct-contrast: the mouth that should utter Govinda — instead always does para-nindā (= speaking-ill-of-others). The para-nindā-mouth is the inverted-mouth.

कैसा निरयगांवा — जाऊं न पवे विसावा — how (will he not go) to niraya-gāva — going — will not reach rest. The consequence: niraya-gāva (the hell-town) — that's where he goes; and (going there) he will not reach viśrāvā (rest). The para-nindā-mouth's destination is hell, with no rest.

The mouth that doesn't utter Govinda and does para-nindā* is inverted. Vācē nuccārī Gōvindā — sadā karī para-nindā. The inversion-test: if your mouth always does para-nindā instead of Govinda, the mouth has gone wrong*.

Para-nindā leads to niraya-gāva; no rest there. Kaisā niraya-gāvā — jāūm na pavē viśrāvā. The destination-rule: para-nindā-mouth heads to hell-town, and there is no viśrāvā (rest) even on arrival. No relief in hell*.

Daṇḍa is unavoidable for the laṇḍa. Daṇḍa — kaisā na pavē tō laṇḍa? No escape from punishment. The rhetorical-question is Tukaram's polemical-mode: don't pretend the daṇḍa won't come*.
For today: guard the mouth from para-nindā; let the mouth utter Govinda; recognize that para-nindā has a daṇḍa-destination, not a viśrāvā-rest.
This abhang is companion to 244, 251 in the anti-para-nindā polemical cluster. The style is sharp — Tukaram uses curse-words (simḍaḷa, laṇḍa) for rhetorical-effect. Don't soften the warning.
