The verse
गर्भाचें धारण । तिनें वागविला सिण ॥१॥ व्याली कुर्हाडीचा दांडा । वर न घली च तोंडा ॥ध्रु.॥ उपजला काळ । कुळा लाविला विटाळ ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे जाय । नरका अभक्ताची माय ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Garbha-dhāraṇa — she carried the śiṇa. (She) gave birth to a kuṛhāḍī-dāṇḍā — should not have shown her toṇḍa. Born — kāḷa — placed viṭāḷa on the kuḷa. Tuka says: to naraka — goes the abhakta's māya.

What it means
A severe anti-abhakta-child gravity abhang. Three claims:

गर्भाचें धारण — तिनें वागविला सिण — garbha-dhāraṇa — she carried the śiṇa. The opening-fact: the mother carried the womb-strain — for nine months. Garbha-śiṇa — the physical-burden of pregnancy.

व्याली कुर्हाडीचा दांडा — वर न घली च तोंडा — gave birth to an axe-handle — should not show face above. The severe-image: the abhakta-child is a kuṛhāḍī-dāṇḍā (axe-handle). The axe-handle is what cuts the tree (= destroys the very wood from which it came); the abhakta-child destroys the kuḷa from which (s)he came. The mother of such a child should not show her face above.

उपजला काळ — कुळा लाविला विटाळ — born — kāḷa — placed viṭāḷa on the kuḷa. The consequence: the abhakta-child is kāḷa (death) born; places viṭāḷa (defilement) on the kuḷa (clan). The kuḷa is stained.

A modern reading: this is a severe gravity-marker abhang — Tukaram's framing of how seriously the bhakta-tradition takes the bhakta-status. The severity is on the mother not as a literal-claim about all-mothers-of-non-bhaktas, but as a gravity-marker for the value of being-a-bhakta. (Compare 273 I am narka-vāsī piśā — same severity-register, applied to self.) Don't read this as a casteist or punitive metaphysics; read it as the bhakti-tradition's gravity-marker for the bhakta-as-son.
For today: recognize the bhakta-status as bhakti-tradition's high-value; don't be the kuṛhāḍī-dāṇḍā for your kuḷa; don't bring viṭāḷa to your kuḷa through abhakta-conduct. (The severity on the mother is gravity-marker, not literal-pronouncement on actual mothers.)

Severity माय वर literal-claim नाही all-mothers-of-non-bhaktas बद्दल, बल्कि bhakta-as-son च्या value चा gravity-marker. (273 नरक-वासी पिशा मी — same severity-register, स्वतःकडे applied.) Casteist किंवा punitive metaphysics म्हणून वाचू नका; bhakti-tradition च gravity-marker म्हणून वाचा.
आज: Bhakta-status bhakti-tradition च high-value ओळखा; आपल्या kuḷa साठी kuṛhāḍī-dāṇḍā होऊ नका; Abhakta-conduct ने kuḷa वर viṭāḷa आणू नका. (Severity on mother gravity-marker, actual mothers बद्दल literal-pronouncement नाही.)
