What it means
A whoever-in-mind-his-uttara-loved-jāti-pines-for-jāti-viyōga-doesn't-break-bhēṭī-longing-overflows-regard-Hari-jana-prāṇa-sakhē abhang. Hari-jana-prāṇa-sakhē register. Three claims:

मनीं-वसे — उत्तर-आवडे — समाचार-वाटे. Whoever-in-mind-his-uttara-loved-claim. Whoever lives in the mana, his uttara (utterance, words) is *āvaḍē; (one) feels: one should take his samācāra (news).

जाति-झुरे-येर-येरा — वियोग-तुटी-नाहीं. Jāti-pines-for-jāti-claim. One's jātī (kindred-kind) pines for one-another; even by viyōga (separation), the bond never takes a tuṭī (break). (Two claims: same-kind yearns for same-kind; separation tests but does not sever.)

भेटी-अपेक्षा-आदर — Tuka: हरिजन-प्राण-सखे. Hari-jana-prāṇa-sakhē-claim. The apēkṣā of bhēṭī (meeting) overflows even ādara (regard); (one) asks, has no dhīra (patience), asks again. Tuka says: the jīvana of my jīva — the sōiṟē (kindred), the Hari-jana, are my prāṇa-sakhē*.
