Fills-belly-leaves-leftover register. Six claims:
-
No-caste-distinction-claim. For thesamartha there is no varṇāvarṇa-bhēda;the sāmagrī are all saddhi (complete) at gharī. (The mighty doesn't discriminate by caste; he has everything ready.)
-
More-respect-more-given-claim. In the place ofādara, much ādara;what is asked-for, there vāḍhī (he gives more).
-
King-and-pauper-alike-claim. He doesn't saysōīrā, suhrda, āvaśyaka;rājā and ranka are sārikhā-ci (alike).
-
Where-bhāva-seen-lavishes-claim. Where he seesbhāva, there laḍa-baḍa (lavishes, fawns-over-with-affection);the jaḍa (heavy / dull) he keeps separate from the jaḍa (i.e. distinguishes the dull and keeps them apart).
-
Yācaka-not-forgotten-claim. No one isvisambhē (forgotten / left-unattended) at the yācaka's (beggar's) place;by vinavī (prayer), Dēva removes śankā.
-
Fills-belly-leaves-leftover-claim. Tuka says: he fills thepōṭaand leavesuravī (leftover);shows by anubhava (experience) that one is dhālē (full).

For someone today
This verse describes a place where the social hierarchies that structure ordinary life simply do not apply. The truly capable, generous one draws no line between castes; whatever is asked for, he gives even more freely than requested. He treats a king and a beggar exactly alike, and no one who comes asking is ever forgotten or turned away. What decides how he responds is not your status but the sincerity of your bhāva, your faith; where he sees that sincerity he lavishes attention, while the merely dull or unfaithful are simply kept apart, not out of cruelty but because sincerity is what he answers to. He does not just feed you enough, he fills you until there is leftover, and that fullness is something you come to know through your own experience, not by being told about it.
