The verse
Literal translation
English: Accomplish this prapañca via the pañcāgni — by that you'll attain nija-śānti. Birth-aging-disease, sin-merit are all destroyed there; all sufferings vanish. Enduring kāma, krōdha, ahankāra in the āśrama, accomplish the avināśa. Tuka says: the root of blame is honor — abandon false grief; entering, take saint-refuge with all-heart; remain in any state.

What it means
Pañcāgni-vidyā synthesis with saint-refuge. The pañcāgni (five fires) is a Vedic-Upaniṣadic concept (Chāndogya, Bṛhadāraṇyaka): the cosmic-and-bodily fires through which the self moves and through which sacrifice is offered. Tuka redirects this: the householder's prapañca itself, endured-as-tapas (saha-tapas) — kāma, krōdha, ahankāra and the rest as the five fires — is the avināśa-sādhana when grounded in saint-refuge. The closing line rāhē bhalatiyā sthitī (remain in any state) is the surrendered-householder's stance: don't run away to forest renunciation (cf. 1200 kapāṭa-rāna-vana rejected); endure where you are with saint-refuge, and that householder-prapañca becomes the pañcāgni-yajña.
The dūṣaṇa-mūḷa-bhūṣaṇa aphorism is sharp: the root of blame is honor. Where you crave honor (bhūṣaṇa), there blame (dūṣaṇa) waits — abandon both as mithyā khantī (false grief).
