For today: when Hari has placed the slab on your work, turned away your wealth-grace, broken your ties with all — you are cornered with him in the house; he is not separate.

Literal translation
English: Hari inside, Hari outside — Hari has cornered (me) in the house. Hari has placed a slab on (my) work — vitta-varā has been turned away. Hari has bartered with my jīva — broken the tie with all (others). Tuka says: he is not separate — Hari surrounds (me) all-around.

What it means
Bhupāḷyā 7 of 8 — Hari-pervasive trap.
The bhakta has been cornered in the house — kōṇḍilēm. Āmta Hari bāhēra Hari — Hari is on both sides, inside and outside, with no exit. This is a non-dual recognition rendered concretely: not "all is Hari" abstractly, but "I'm cornered with him in this room".
The trap is described in three stages: 1. Kāmā ghātalā cirā — Hari has placed a cirā (heavy stone slab, the kind that closes a well or grave) on the bhakta's work — worldly business is locked under a slab. 2. Vitta-varā mukavilēm — wealth-grace (vitta-varā = the favor-of-wealth) has been turned away. 3. Jīvē kēlī sāṭī — pāḍilī tuṭī sakaḷānsī — Hari has bartered (sāṭī = exchange) with the bhakta's jīva — and broken the tie with all. The jīva went over to Hari's side; in exchange, all other relationships were severed.
The closing recognition — vēgaḷā navhē — Hari bhōvē bhōmvatālā — he is not separate; Hari is all around — is the bhupāḷyā recognition: the morning awakening reveals Hari surrounds, has always surrounded.
