Literal translation
English: Citta has merged into sarva-rasa — akhaṇḍita ānanda. Family and husband are in Viśvambhara — Hari became sōyarā. The recognition is by one name — by other-feeling, separation. Tuka says: by name (and) form — the second pāpas have vanished.

What it means
Hari-became-relative-by-marriage abhang. The opening: sarva-rasīm mīnalē citta — akhaṇḍita ānanda — the citta has mīnalē (= merged like fish into water) into sarva-rasa (all-rasa); akhaṇḍita (un-broken) ānanda. Mīna-vat — like a fish into the ocean of rasa; the citta dissolves into all-flavor.
The remarkable kinship-claim: gōta pati Viśvambharīm — jālā Hari sōyarā — family (gōta) and husband (pati) are in Viśvambhara (= the universe-sustainer) — Hari became sōyarā (= relative-by-marriage / in-law). Sōyarā is the precise Marathi-relational term for one's-marriage-relatives — not blood-kin but kin-by-marriage. Hari is now kin, but specifically the in-law-side kin. The bhakta's gōta (family-clan) and pati (husband) have both been placed in Viśvambhara, and Hari himself has become sōyarā — the brother-of-the-spouse, mother-of-the-spouse — the family-by-the-marriage-pact.
Vōḷakhī tē ēkā nāmvē — itara-bhāvē khaṇḍaṇa — recognition (vōḷakhī) is by ēka (one) name; by itara-bhāva (other-feeling), there is khaṇḍaṇa (separation / breaking). Recognize by one name; let any other-feeling break the recognition.
The closing: nāmvē rūpē dusarīm pāpē hārapalīm — by name (and) form — the dusarīm pāpas (= the second-pāpas, the dvaita-bhēda-pāpas — cf. 1322's dusarē pāpa bhēda-buddhi) — have hārapalīm (vanished). Compare 1322 dusarē tē pāpa bhēda-buddhi; here, the second-pāpas (= the duality-categorizing pāpas) vanish by name-and-form-of-Hari.
