For today: the Lord has been caught in (my) hand — therefore worry-freedom has come; the mind no longer runs outward — and the senses are satisfied; I have abandoned the envy — and the whole deposit of samcita; Tuka says — having dispelled the kāma, I take the nāma.
The verse
सांपडला हातीं । तरी जाली हे निश्चिंती ॥१॥ नाहीं धांवा घेत मन । इंद्रियांचें समाधान ॥ध्रु.॥ सांडियेला हेवा । अवघा संचिताचा ठेवा ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे काम । निरसुनियां घेतों नाम ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Caught in hand — therefore niścinti has come. Mind doesn't run — indriyas satisfied. Abandoned the envy — the whole deposit of samcita. Tuka says: kāma — having dispelled — take the nāma.

What it means
Lord-caught-mind-stops-running-take-nāma abhang.
The opening: sāmpaḍalā hātīm — tarī jālī hē niścintī — caught in hand — therefore niścinti has come. The Lord has been caught in the bhakta's hand — therefore worry-free-state has arrived. (The bhakta-as-captor; Lord-as-caught.)
The mind-still: nāhīm dhāvā ghēta mana — indriyāñcēm samādhāna — mind doesn't run — indriyas satisfied. Once the Lord is caught, the mind ceases its outward-running; the indriyas (senses) become satisfied.
The abandonments: sāṇḍiyēlā hēvā — avaghā samcitācā ṭhēvā — abandoned the envy — the whole deposit of samcita. Hēvā = envy, jealousy; abandoned-it together with the whole-samcita-deposit. Once the Lord is in-hand, both envy and accumulated-karma fall-away.
The closing: Tukā mhaṇē kāma — nirasuniyām ghētōm nāma — Tuka says: kāma — having dispelled — take the nāma. Dispelling kāma, take the nāma. The kāma-removed, nāma-taken sequence.
