पुरली धांव कडिये घेई । पुढें पायीं न चलवीं ॥१॥ कृपाळुवे पांडुरंगे । अंगसंगे जिवलगे ॥ध्रु.॥ अवघी निवारावी भूक । अवघ्या दुःख जन्माचें ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे बोलवेना । लावीं स्तनां विश्वरें ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: The running is over — take me in arms — I can't walk further on feet. Compassionate Pāṇḍurange — body-companion, dear jīva. Remove all hunger — all birth's duḥkha. Tuka says: can't speak — give breast, viśvarē (universal-mother).
