For today: eat happily — do his chintana; his gift reaches him — fruit comes to you; this is the support — the Name of Viśvambhara; Tuka says — no empty place — spread the bhāva.

सुखें खावें अन्न । त्याचें करावें चिंतन ॥१॥ त्याचें दिलें त्यासी पावे । फळ आपणासी फावे ॥ध्रु.॥ आहे हा आधार । नाम त्याचें विश्वंभर ॥२॥ नाही रिता ठाव । तुका म्हणे पसरीं भाव ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Eat food happily — do its chintana. His gift reaches him — the fruit comes to one. This is the support — the Name of Viśvambhara. Tuka says: no empty place — spread out the bhāva.
What it means
Eat-happily-with-chintana + the-Name-of-Viśvambhara-as-support + spread-the-bhāva abhang.
The opening — eat-and-contemplate: sukhē khāvē anna — tyāchē karāvē chintana — eat food happily — do its chintana. Eat-food happily; do-its-chintana (= remember-the-Giver).
The gift returns: tyāchē dilē tyāsī pāvē — phaḷa āpaṇāsī phāvē — his gift reaches him — the fruit comes to one. His-gift reaches-him (by-chintana); the-fruit comes-to-oneself.
