English: Being alert — what to consider — you all came to samsāra.
The verse
सावधान ऐसें काय तें विचारा । आले हो संसारा सकळ ही ॥१॥ अंतीं समयाचा करणें विचार । वेचती सादर घटिका पळें ॥ध्रु.॥ मंगळ हें नोहे कन्यापुत्रादिक । राहिला लौकिक अंतरपाट ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे देव अंतरला दुरी । डोळिया अंधारी पडलीसे ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Being alert — what to consider — you all came to samsāra. ★ Consider the final-moment — moments and instants are being spent ★. Daughters-sons aren't auspicious — worldly stays as inner-screen. Tuka says: Dēva became distant — darkness fell in eyes.

The opening reflection: antīm samayāchā karaṇē vichāra — vēchatī sādara ghaṭikā paḷē — ★ consider the final-moment — moments and instants are being spent ★. ★ Consider the antya-samaya (final-moment); the ghaṭikā-paḷē (units of time) are-being-spent-attentively (sādara). ★ The memento-mori instinct of Vārkarī ethics.
