The verse
होइल तरि पुसापुसी । उत्तर त्यासी योजावें ॥१॥ तोंवरि मी पुढें कांहीं । आपुलें नाहीं घालीत ॥ध्रु.॥ जाणेनियां अंतर देव । जेव्हां भेव फेडील ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे धरिला हातीं । करील खंतीवेगळें ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: If there's questioning — answer arranged. Until then, I don't put forth my own. ★ Dēva knowing the inner — when he removes fear ★. ★ Tuka says: held by hand — will separate from sorrow ★.
