Abhanga 2539

For today: unshaken mind — dhyāna stood on the brick .

When you're pulled in many directions and want your mind to finally settle.
When you're deciding whether to commit fully to one practice instead of scattering your effort.
When you need a single steady image to return your attention to during meditation.

The verse

Literal translation

Unshaken doesn't shake — mind held the own-sign. Love settled on guṇa inside — full-service. One-fold bhāva, not other-thought — not mixed with other-guṇa. Tuka says: fell in my food — dhyāna stood on the brick.

What it means

THE UNSHAKEN-MIND + DHYĀNA-ON-THE-BRICK ABHANG.

[T]
