Abhanga 2538
The saints have already cleared and straightened the path, so gratefully walk it instead of hesitating at the start.
When you feel overwhelmed at the idea of starting a spiritual practice from nothing.
When you realize a teacher or elder made your journey easier than it would have been alone.
When you need a reason to move forward instead of standing still.
The verse
Literal translation
Do such-recitation — karuṇākara's address. Those who-made-embodied — such is saint-prasāda. Made clear paths — ready-and-straight for followers. Tuka says: let's take-run — make that pairing.
