Sukha-vāṭe ye-chi ṭhāyī — bahu pāyīm samtāmche — sukha is found right here — at the many feet of sants.
The verse
सुखवाटे ये चि ठायी । बहु पायीं संतांचें ॥१॥
म्हणऊनि केला वास । नाहीं नास ते ठायीं ॥ध्रु.॥
न करवे हाली चाली । निवारिली चिंता हे ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे निवे तनु । रजकणु लागती ॥३॥
Literal translation
Sukha-vāṭe ye-chi ṭhāyī — bahu pāyīm samtāmche — sukha is found right here — at the many feet of sants. Mhaṇauni kelā vāsa — nāhī nāśa te ṭhāyīm — therefore I made dwelling — no nāśa in that place. Na karave hālī chālī — nivāriliī chimtā he — cannot stir or move — this chimtā is removed. Tukā mhaṇe nive tanu — rajakaṇu lāgatī — Tukā says: the body cools — when dust-particles touch (me).
What it means
A 3-verse text on sant-pāya-rajakaṇa (sants'-feet-dust). The bhakta finds sukha right here — and refuses to move; the place is anāśa (without-decay), chimtā removed, body cooled by dust-grains.
