If you-have-Nāma, you-don't-need any other-sādhana. But you-must-clear kalpanā (imagination) and deha-abhimāna (body-conceit) — otherwise Nārāyaṇa stays-far.

Literal translation
He chi sarvasukha japāvā Viṭhṭhala — this itself is sarva-sukha — japa Viṭhṭhala; na davaḍāvā paḷa kṣaṇa vāmyām — don't let paḷa-kṣaṇa go in vain. He chi eka sarva-sādhanāmche mūḷa — this very is the root of all sādhanas; ātuḍe gōpāḷa yeṇe pamthe — Gōpāḷa is reached by this pamtha. Na lagatī kāmhīm tapāmchiyā rāsī — no need of rāśī of tapas; karaṇe vārāṇasī nānā tīrthī — doing Vārāṇasī, various tīrthas. Kalpanā he taḷi dehīm abhimāna — kalpanā below, abhimāna in body; naye nārāyaṇa javaḷī tyāmcyā — Nārāyaṇa doesn't come near them. Tukā mhaṇe nāme deva nedī bhēṭī — Tukā says: those who block Name from giving Deva-meeting; mhaṇe tyāche hōmṭīm kuṣṭa hōya — kuṣṭha appears on their lips.
What it means
A 4-verse canonical Name-supremacy text. Japa-of-Viṭhṭhal is sarva-sukha; don't-waste-a-moment; this-is-the-root of-all-sādhanas; Gōpāḷa is-reached by-this-path; no-need-of-tapas-or-tīrthas; (but) where kalpanā-and-deha-abhimāna sit, Nārāyaṇa-doesn't-come-near; those-who-block-Name from giving Deva-meeting — kuṣṭha appears on their lips.
