Abhanga 4048

The māulī is calling — come eagerly; she pours prema-milk to clear all your fatigue.

Canonical Paṇḍharī-mother / prema-pānhā (milk-of-love) prayer

The verse

Literal translation

Why doesn't anyone call (her) Paṇḍharī's-Āī? She is calling — see — come eagerly. Then my mana will get samādhāna; all the śīṇa (fatigue) of janmāntara (many-births) will pass. Tukā says: you will be my māulī — pouring down the prema-pānhā (milk-of-love).

What it means

A 3-verse mother-prayer. Paṇḍharī-Viṭhṭhal-as-Āī, calling-bhakta. The milk-of-love (prema-pānhā) is the māulī's-gift, which-removes-many-births'-fatigue.

For someone today
