Tukārām's janma-janma-dāsa wish. Birth-after-birth, (let me be your) servant — this very is my desire. (Let me be a) Paṇḍharī-pilgrim — don't let me miss the pilgrimage, Hari. Sant-company — let love become firm in (my) body. Bath in Chandrabhāgā. This very I ask. The verse permits the canonical Vārkarī-pilgrim's prayer-list.
The verse
जन्मोजन्मीं दास । व्हावें हे चि माझी आस ॥१॥
पंढरीचा वारकरी । वारी चुकों नेदीं हरी ॥ध्रु.॥
संतसमागम । अंगीं थिरावलें प्रेम ॥२॥
स्नान चंद्रभागे । तुका म्हणे हें चि मागें ॥३॥
Literal translation
Janmōjanmīm dāsa — birth-after-birth, (your) dāsa; hvāve he chi mājhī āsa — let me be, this very is my āśā. Paṇḍharīchā vārakarī — (let me be) Paṇḍharī-vārakarī; vārī chukōm nedīm Harī — don't let me miss the vārī, Hari. Sant-samāgama — sant-company; angīm thirāvale prema — prema becomes firm in body. Snāna Chandrabhāge — bath in Chandrabhāgā; Tukā mhaṇe he chi māge — Tukā says: this very I ask.
