The verse
वळी गाई धांवे घरा । आमच्या करी येरझारा ॥१॥ नांव घेतां तो जवळी । बहु भला कान्हो बळी ॥ध्रु.॥ नेदी पडों उणें पुरें । म्हणे अवघें चि बरें ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे चित्ता । वाटे न व्हावा परता ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: He drives the cows, runs home — makes our round-trips. Taking the name — he is near. Very fine — Kānho the strong. He does not let (one) fall into deficit or excess — says all is fine. Tuka says: in the heart-feeling, no separation should come.

What it means
A bounded-supply / no-separation abhang. Three claims:

नांव घेतां तो जवळी — taking the name — he is near. The name-as-summons mechanic. Distance-and-nearness in the bhakti-register are not spatial; they are name-mediated. The moment of name-taking is the moment of nearness.

नेदी पडों उणें पुरें — म्हणे अवघें चि बरें — doesn't let (one) fall into deficit-or-excess; says all is fine. The bounded-supply claim. Two failure-modes are prevented: uṇē (deficit / scarcity / lack) and purē (excess / surfeit / overdose). Krishna keeps the bhakta in the middle-band. The अवघें चि बरें — all is fine — is his repeated assurance that the bounded-supply is active.

चित्ता वाटे न व्हावा परता — in the heart-feeling, no separation should come. The closing demand: the only requirement on the bhakta is to not let separation come in the heart. This is not about preventing physical-distance (he comes-and-goes anyway, 173); it is about the chitta-paratā — the heart's separation-sense. Keep that closed. [T]

Name-summons-near. नांव घेतां तो जवळी. When you take the name, the presence is immediately near — no waiting, no working-up-to-it. This is not about getting-magical-results; it is about recognizing that the name and the presence are not separable. The name-taking is the nearness.

Bounded-supply: no deficit, no excess. Real-presence keeps you out of both failure-modes. Deficit is what you usually fear; but excess is also a failure-mode (over-supply, overdose, abundance-that-becomes-burden). Real-presence holds the middle-band. Notice when this is happening: neither starving nor drowning. अवघें चि बरें.

The single demand: keep the heart-separation closed. चित्ता परता न व्हावा. Krishna comes-and-goes; that is his register. The bhakta's register is the chitta; keep separation from arising there. This is the only-discipline. Everything else is taken care of.

आज: नाम घ्या, immediate-nearness notice करा, bounded-supply वर विश्वास ठेवा (deficit नाही, excess नाही), आणि हृदयाची separation-sense तयार होऊ देऊ नका. हे चार रोजची practice.
