Literal translation
English: I taste the rasa — share with others — take, don't be rāṇabharī. The One whose pāuḷa are equal on the vīṭa — He alone is the dāna-śūra-dātā. Will fulfill manaḥ-sankalpa — if buddhi stays at His feet. Tuka says: I am sent on the nirōpa — the mārga is sōpā sukharūpa.

Take it from him; don't be rāṇabharī. Rāṇabharī — wasteland-wandering / wild-roaming. Don't waste your wandering when the rasa is offered.

This abhang is Tukaram declaring his messenger-role: I am sent on the niropa. The easy-joy-path-claim is one of Tukaram's distinctive frames; bhakti is not difficult, not joyless; it is sōpā sukharūpa.
