Literal translation
English: Manō-jamnya-vyathā — vēdha into the inside — bring quickly Nanda's kumara. Sāmvaḷī-prabhā arose in the anga — truly this avasthā — known to me from my kṣōbha. Suddenly — the sākṣī is one's own citta — whenever bhāgya rises, I don't know. All vōsāūna — only the caraṇa remain. Tuka says: with darśana — jīvana came.

What it means
A viraha-cured-by-darśana abhang. Continues the Krishna-bhakti viraha cluster (cf. 381-383). Four claims:
-
मनोजन्य व्यथा वेध जाला अंतरा — लवकरी आणा नंदाचिया कुमरा — manō-jamnya-vyathā — vēdha into inside — bring quickly Nanda's kumara. The opening-pain: manō-jamnya-vyathā (mind-born pain) — the vēdha (piercing) has gone into the inside; bring quickly Nanda's kumara (Krishna). Mind-born-pain only Krishna can cure.
-
उमटली अंगीं वो सांवळी प्रभा — साच हे अवस्था कळे मज माझ्या क्षोभा — sāmvaḷī-prabhā arose in the anga — truly this avasthā known to me from my kṣōbha. The darśana-experience: sāmvaḷī-prabhā (dark-luster, the dark-blue glow of Krishna) arose in my body; truly this avasthā I know from my own kṣōbha (turbulence). The bhakta's-experience of Krishna's-luster-arising-in-the-body.
-
एकाएकीं साक्षी येथें आपुलें चित्त — कोण्या काळें होइल नेणों भाग्य उदित — suddenly the sākṣī is one's own citta — whenever bhāgya rises, I don't know. The witness-claim: suddenly, my own citta is the sākṣī (witness) of this; I don't know when bhāgya (fortune) rises. The bhāgya-uday is sudden, unannounced.
-
अवघें वोसाऊन उरले ते चरण — तुका म्हणे दर्शनापें आलें जीवन — all withered — only the caraṇa remain — Tuka says: with darśana, life came. The closing-restoration: all vōsāūna (withered, dried-up) — only His caraṇa (feet) remain; with the darśana — jīvana (life) came. Darśana = restoration of life when manō-vyathā had reduced everything to withering.

For someone today
This abhang names the manō-jamnya-vyathā-cured-by-darśana register:
-
Mind-born pain — only Nanda's kumara* can cure. Manō-jamnya-vyathā vēdha jālā antarā — lavakarī āṇā Nandāciyā kumarā. Mind-born-pain isn't soluble by mind; Krishna's-darśana is the cure*.
-
Sāmvaḷī-prabhā arises in the body in deep-bhakti-state. Umaṭalī angīm sāmvaḷī prabhā. Krishna's dark-blue luster arises in the bhakta's body — a felt-bodily phenomenon*.
-
Suddenly, your own citta is the sākṣī*. Ēkāēkīm sākṣī yēthē āpulē citta. No external witness needed; the bhakta's own citta becomes the sākṣī of the bhakti-event*.
-
Bhāgya rises unannounced. Kōṇyā kāḷē hōīla nēṇam bhāgya udita. Don't try to predict the bhāgya-rise; it is sudden*.
-
All withers; only the feet remain; darśana* brings life. Avaghē vōsāūna uralē tē caraṇa — darśanāpē ālē jīvana. In the deepest viraha, all worldly-attachments wither; only the feet remain; darśana is the life-restoration*.
For today: recognize when manō-jamnya-vyathā has pierced the inside — call for Krishna; trust that sāmvaḷī-prabhā may arise in your body in deep-bhakti; recognize your own citta as the sākṣī; don't try to predict the bhāgya-uday; let everything wither, only the feet remaining; darśana will bring life.
This abhang is the deepest-viraha-and-darśana-cure register: manō-vyathā → call → sāmvaḷī-prabhā → citta-as-sākṣī → bhāgya-uday → withering-then-darśana-life-restoration. The trajectory is mapped.

Sudden*.
-
सर्व withers; फक्त feet remain; darśana* life आणतं.
