English: Roar the jay-jay-kāra — hold Hari in hṛdaya — don't be lazy — telling lahānām-thōrām. Wave śrī-mukha — revere the feet on head — daiva has come at our own home. So don't look forward-back here — abandon other kāma — go with Hari. Then you won't see this sukha in svapna — only hāya-hāya remains — story behind. This ghaṭikā doesn't come back — ajarāmara — let it be known — vicāra will fall. On Adhapagī — Viśva-mātā Lakṣmī dwells. Tukyā-bamdhu says: came anāyāsē.

मग हे वेळ घटिका न ये अजरामर — कळलें असों द्या मग पडतील विचार — this ghaṭikā doesn't come back — ajarāmara — let it be known — vicāra will fall. The time-irreversible-claim: this vēḷa-ghaṭikā (moment, time-instant) doesn't come back; it is ajarāmara (un-aging-undying = un-renewable, the kind-that-never-comes-around); let it be kaḷalē asōm dyā (known, made-clear); then the vicāra (thoughts, deliberations) will fall (= will resolve, will come to ground). The closing-claim: on the Adhapagī (probably the Aśvattha-pagī, the foot-of-the-aśvattha-tree, or possibly the adhapagī = lower-foot) — Viśva-mātā Lakṣmī (the world-mother Lakṣmī) dwells; Tukyā-bamdhu says: came anāyāsē (without-effort). This abhang is Kānhōbā's urgency-call register — one of the strongest now-or-never-act-now abhangs. Compare 0496 gāūm-vāūm ṭāḷī; same fearless-singing-register but here the urgency-of-time is the dominant note.
