When your own efforts run out, honestly admit you don't have it together and hand the outcome over completely, trusting that whatever is decided for you is right.
The verse
आतां तुज कळेल तें करीं । तारिसी तरि तारीं मारीं । जवळी अथवा दुरी धरीं । घाली संसारीं अथवा नको ॥१॥ शरण आलों नेणतपणें । भाव आणि भक्ति कांहीं च नेणें । मतिमंद सर्वज्ञानें । बहु रंक उणें रंकाहुनी ॥ध्रु.॥ मन स्थिर नाहीं माझिये हातीं । इंद्रियें धांवतां नावरती । सकळ खुंटलिया युक्ति । शांति निवृत्ति जवळी नाहीं ॥२॥ सकळ निवेदिला भाव । तुझिये पायीं ठेविला जीव । आतां करीं कळे तो उपाव । तूं चि सर्व ठाव माझा देवा ॥३॥ राहिलों धरूनि विश्वास । आधार नेटीं तुझी कास । आणीक नेणें मी सायास । तुका म्हणे यास तुझें उचित ॥४॥

What You kaḷē — do — save or strike — close or far — samsāra or not. Śaraṇa not-knowing — bhāva-bhakti don't know — mati-manda — ranka-uṇē-rankāhūnī. Mind not in hand — indriya running not-restrained — yukti exhausted — śānti-nivṛtti not near. Bhāva given — jīva at feet — upāya You decide — You alone everywhere. Stayed viśvāsa — kāsa grip — no other sāyāsa. Tuka says: yāsa — Your ucita.

For someone today
This verse is complete surrender: do whatever You decide, save me or let me fall, keep me close or far, it is Your call. The devotee admits, honestly, that he doesn't really understand devotion or faith the way he should, that his mind won't stay still, his senses run wherever they want, and he has run out of ways to fix himself. So instead of pretending to have it all together, he hands everything over, trusting God to decide what is right, holding on the way a child holds a parent's hand.
मराठी: ही ओवी संपूर्ण शरणागतीची आहे, तू जे ठरवशील ते कर, मला वाचव किंवा पडू दे, जवळ ठेव किंवा दूर, हे तुझ्यावर आहे. भक्त प्रामाणिकपणे कबूल करतो की त्याला खरी भक्ती किंवा श्रद्धा नीट समजतच नाही, त्याचं मन स्थिर राहत नाही, इंद्रियं हवं तिथे धावतात, आणि स्वतःला सुधारण्याचे सगळे उपाय संपले आहेत. त्यामुळे सगळं आलबेल असल्याचं नाटक न करता, तो सगळं देवाच्या हाती सोपवतो, योग्य ते देवच ठरवेल असा विश्वास ठेवून, जसं लहान मूल आईवडिलांचा हात घट्ट धरतं तसं.
