When a rare flood of joy and love arrives, do not wait it out alone, gather your people and dive into it together while it lasts.
The verse
पूर आला आनंदाचा । लाटा उसळती प्रेमाच्या ॥१॥ बांधूं विठ्ठलसांगडी । पोहुनि जाऊं पैल थडी । अवघे जन गडी । घाला उडी भाई नो ॥ध्रु.॥ हें तों नाहीं सर्वकाळ । अमुप अमृतांचें जळ ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे थोरा पुण्यें । ओघ आला पंथें येणें ॥३॥
Literal translation
Pūra of ānanda has-come — lāṭā of prēma rise. Let's tie the Viṭṭhal-sāngaḍī — swim — go to paila-thaḍī — all jana-gaḍī — jump-in, bhāī! This is not at sarva-kāḷa — amupa (un-měasured) amṛta-jaḷa (amṛta-water). Tuka says: by-thōrā puṇyē — ōgha has-come on this panthē.

This is not atsarva-kāḷa(all-times) — = thisfloodofānanda-and-amṛtadoesn't come at every-time; the water isamupa(un-měasured / measureless)amṛta; Tuka says: by-thōrā puṇyē(great-puṇya, accumulated-merit) — theōgha(flow / current of the flood) has-come on thispanthā(path).
