The verse

Literal translation
English: Hari — sāṭavilā — those-who in the hṛdaya-mandira. Their vērajhāra — saralī — vyāpāra became sa-phaḷa. Hari came to hātā — then where bhaya-cintā? Tuka says: Hari — kāhīm urō nēdī urī.

What it means
A Hari-stored-in-hṛdaya-mandira-toing-froing-over-no-fear-no-remainder abhang. Hari-in-heart register. Three claims:

हृदय-मंदिरीं हरी सांटविला — वेरझार सरली — व्यापार सफळ. Hari-stored-trade-fruitful-claim. Those who have sāṭavilā (stored, lodged) Hari in the hṛdaya-mandira (heart-temple); their vērajhāra (toing-and-froing, restless-wandering) is saralī (ended); the vyāpāra (trade) has-become sa-phaḷa (fruitful). Storing-Hari-in-heart-ends-the-restless-wandering-and-makes-the-trade-fruitful. (The vyāpāra image is from 0688-690 cluster: the bhakta as merchant — once the goods (Hari) are stored in the heart, the trade is complete.)

हरी हाता आला — कैंची भय-चिंता. Hari-in-hand-no-bhaya-cintā-claim. When Hari has-come to the hāta (hand) — then where (kaicī) the bhaya-cintā (fear-and-worry)?. Hari-in-hand-no-fear-no-worry.

Tuka: कांहीं उरों नेदी उरी. Hari-leaves-no-remainder-claim. Tuka says: Hari leaves kāhīm urō nēdī urī (nothing — no urī, no remainder, no leftover-anxiety). Hari-leaves-no-remainder. (The urī* — leftover, residue — is what worries return on; Hari clears even the residue.)

This abhang is Tukaram's Hari-in-heart-no-remainder register — one of the most-compact bhakti-resolution statements. Compare 0696 total-saturation-with-Pāṇḍuranga (Tuka's mudra); same total-Hari-presence but here organized through the heart-mandira-storage and the no-remainder claim. The kāhīm urō nēdī urī (leaves no leftover) is precise: bhakta-anxiety lives on residues; Hari clears the residue itself.
