एका बीजा केला नास । मग भोगेल कणीस ॥१॥ कळे सकळां हा भाव । लाहानथोरांवरी जीव ॥ध्रु.॥ लाभ नाहीं फुकासाठीं । केल्यावीण जीवासाठीं ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे रणीं । जीव देतां लाभ दुणी ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Ēkā bīja — nāsa — kaṇīsa — bhōgēla. Everyone — knows — bhāva — lāhāna-thōrā — jīva. No lābha — phuka — without doing — for jīva. Tuka says: raṇa — giving jīva — lābha duṇī.
