Worldly honor and outward decoration both fade quickly on their own, but real grace shows itself as treating everyone with equal regard.
The verse
राजा चाले तेथें वैभव सांगातें । हें काय लागतें सांगावें त्या ॥१॥ कोणी कोणा एथें न मनी जी फुका । कृपेविण एका देवाचिया ॥ध्रु.॥ शृंगारिलें नाहीं तगोंयेत वरि । उमटे लौकरि जैसे तैतें ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे घरीं वसे नारायण । कृपेची ते खुण साम्या येते ॥३॥

A king-walks-vaibhava-with-him-no-one-honors-without-kṛpā-undecorated-doesn't-last-Nārāyaṇa-in-house-kṛpā-mark-as-sāmya abhang. Nārāyaṇa-in-house-kṛpā-as-sāmya register. Three claims:

राजा-वैभव-सांगातें — कोणी-फुका-मानत नाही — कृपा-वाचून एका-देवाची. King-walks-no-honor-without-kṛpā-claim. When therājāwalks,vaibhavais with-him — does that need to be said?; no one willmanī(honor) forphukā(free); (except) without thekṛpāof onedeva. Royal-walk-needs-vaibhava; honor-needs-deva-kṛpā.

For someone today
When a king walks by, his splendor walks with him, and no one needs to explain why people bow — that is just how worldly power works. But real honor, the kind that comes from the heart, is never free; it only comes through grace. Tukaram says the same is true of anything false you dress up to look good: it cannot hold together for long, and the truth underneath shows itself quickly, whether you want it to or not. The real proof that God has settled into your heart is not a feeling or a title, but this: you start treating everyone the same, without favorites, because that even-handedness is the actual mark of grace.
मराठी: राजा जिथे चालतो तिथे त्याचे वैभवही सोबत चालते, आणि लोक त्याला का मान देतात हे कोणाला वेगळे सांगावे लागत नाही — जगातली सत्ता अशीच काम करते. पण खरा मान, जो मनापासून येतो, तो कधीच फुकट मिळत नाही; तो फक्त देवाच्या कृपेनेच मिळतो. तुकाराम म्हणतात, तसेच खोट्या सजावटीचेही आहे — ती फार काळ टिकत नाही, आतलं सत्य लवकरच उघड होतं, तुम्हाला ते हवं असो किंवा नसो. देव खरोखर मनात वसल्याची खूण म्हणजे एखादी भावना किंवा पदवी नव्हे, तर हे की तुम्ही सगळ्यांना समान वागणूक द्यायला लागता, कोणाचाही पक्षपात न करता — कारण हीच समदृष्टी कृपेची खरी खूण आहे.
