Literal translation
English: Padō-padī — anga — gave. Sānga-kāraṇa. Rudhavūni — ṭhāva. Jagat — vāva — all. Manā-lāhō — onward — dēha-santōṣa. Tuka says: kṣara-bhāga — jagat — vyāpaka.

At each step, I gave the anga; the kāraṇa became sānga (whole); I have rudhavūni ṭhēlōm (plugged-up, steadfastly-occupied) (my) ṭhāva; for the jagat, all (else) is vāva. At-every-step-gave-body; place-fully-occupied; world-is-empty-talk-now*.

मना-लाहो-पुढती-चाली — देह-संतोष-वाढे. Mind-onward-deha-grows-santōṣa-claim. The manā-lāhō (the running-of-the-mind) goes onward; the dēha grows in santōṣa. Mind-runs-onward; body-grows-in-bliss.

Tuka: क्षर-भागीं — व्यापक. In-kṣara-share-became-pervading-claim. Tuka says: in the kṣara-bhāga (in the perishable-share — i.e., still-in-the-mortal-body) — I have become vyāpaka (pervading) in the *jagat. In-the-mortal-share-became-cosmically-pervading. Compare 0876 day-and-night-this-is-the-dhandā-Gōvinda-pavāḍē (Tuka's mudra); same all-time-given but here organized around plugged-up-place and kṣara-bhāga-became-vyāpaka. The kṣara-bhāgī jālōm jagī vyāpaka (in the perishable-share, became pervading in the jagat) is the precise jīvanmukti-claim*.
