Ask God to cut off harmful attachments and free you from anger and lust, trusting that the protector of the humble will not abandon you.
The verse
मरे हिंडतां न पुरे यासि कांहीं । मही ठेंगणी परी तें तृप्त नाहीं ॥१॥ जिवा नास त्या संगती दंड बेडी । हरी शीघ्र या दुष्टसंगासि तोडीं ॥२॥ क्रोध काम यातना थोर करी । तुजवांचुनी सोडवी कोण हरी ॥३॥ तयां विस्त देहीं नको देउं देवा । तुजवांचुनी आणिक नास्ति हेवा ॥४॥ नको मोकलूं दीनबंधु अनाथा । तुका वीनवी ठेवुनी पायिं माथा ॥५॥
Literal translation
Hiṇḍ — na purē — mahī ṭhēngaṇī — trpta. Samgati daṇḍa-bēḍī — duṣṭa-sanga. Krōdha-kāma yātanā — sōḍavī kōṇa. Vista dēhī — āṇika hēvā. Tuka vinavī — dīna-bamdhu anātha.

This abhang is a heartfelt prayer for rescue from anger, lust, and bad company. Tuka admits that endless wandering and grasping never bring contentment - even the whole earth wouldn't be enough to satisfy him. He asks Vitthal to cut off harmful attachments quickly, before they take root in his body and mind, and to free him from the torment of anger and desire. He ends by pleading not to be abandoned, since God is the protector of the humble and the orphan.
मराठी: हा अभंग म्हणजे क्रोध, वासना आणि वाईट संगतीपासून सुटकेसाठी केलेली एक हृदयस्पर्शी प्रार्थना आहे. तुकाराम कबूल करतात की सतत भटकंती आणि हावरटपणाने कधीच समाधान मिळत नाही, अगदी सगळी पृथ्वी मिळाली तरी मन तृप्त होत नाही. ते विठ्ठलाला विनवतात की शरीरात मूळ धरण्याआधीच घातक आसक्ती लवकर तोडून टाका, आणि क्रोध-वासनेच्या यातनांतून मुक्त करा. शेवटी ते म्हणतात, तू दीनांचा व अनाथांचा बंधू आहेस, म्हणून मला सोडून जाऊ नकोस.
