What it means
Sākhyā 17 of 30 — Tuka's direct address. Tuka says: listen, brothers — those whose heart is kaṭhōra (hard). The warning is to the hard-hearted: bhakti requires a softened heart; a kaṭhōra-hiridā cannot receive Hari.
