Literal translation
English: The inner dhyāna — by the name of pūjana, that is mukhya. All upādhi is pāpa — when sankalpa is dropped, gōḍa (comes). Keeping (his) ājñā is dharma — jāṇatē-folk, know this varma. Tuka says: vṛtti — aviṭa — this (is) the sahaja sthiti.

What it means
Inner-dhyāna-as-pūjā teaching. Three formulations:
-
Antarīncē dhyāna — mukhya yā nāmvē pūjana — the inner dhyāna — that, by the name of pūjana, is the chief. The 16-or-18 upacāras of external pūjā collapse into one: the inner-meditation. (Echoes 1286 avaghyā upacārā — ēka manē chi dātārā.)
-
Upādhi tē avaghē pāpa — gōḍa nirasatām sankalpa — all upādhi (added-paraphernalia, conditioning) is pāpa; when sankalpa (the formal vow / wish-formulation) is dropped, gōḍa appears. The sankalpa (the I-am-going-to-do-this-pūjā-for-this-result declaration) is itself the obstruction. Niraṣaṇa of sankalpa = sweetness arriving.
-
Ājñā pāḷāvī hā dharma — jāṇatē hō jāṇā varma — keeping (his) ājñā is dharma — jāṇatē-folk, know this varma. The whole of dharma collapses into ājñā-pālana (keeping-the-master's-ājñā). The varma (secret) is for the jāṇatē alone.
The closing: vṛtti — aviṭa — sahaja sthiti — vṛtti (mind-mode) — aviṭa (un-cloying / inexhaustible) — this is the sahaja sthiti. Aviṭa means not-getting-tired-of, not-cloying — like food that doesn't pall. The sahaja sthiti (natural-state) is when the vṛtti has become aviṭa.
