For today: spit on māna; become udāsīna in the body; have no cāḍa except for One; flatten gain-and-loss; stay upādhi-vēgaḷā and you're sōmvaḷā.
The verse
Literal translation
English: Having spat on māna — they do dambha-kīrtana. (I) became udāsīna in the body — no cāḍa except for One. Artha and anartha (made) the same — kept as pārikha. Separate from upādhi — Tuka has stayed sōmvaḷā.

What it means
Spit-on-māna abhang. The opening line is sharp: thunkōniyām māna — dambha karitōm kīrtana — (some) having spat on māna — (now) do dambha-kīrtana. The first half could read as Tuka's own gesture (he has spat on honor) — but the second half dambha karitōm kīrtana (do hypocrisy-kīrtana) makes it the fake-bhakta's portrait: spits on legitimate honor but still parades hypocrisy in kīrtana.
Either way, Tuka's own stance is the dhruva: jālōm udāsīna dēhīm — ēkāviṇa cāḍa nāhīm — I became udāsīna in the body — no cāḍa (longing) except for the One. Cāḍa is the desire-with-craving sense; one cāḍa remains, for the One.
Artha anartha sārikhā — karūnī ṭhēvilā pārikhā — gain and loss made the same — kept as pārikha (alien). The artha-anartha dichotomy that drives the world has been flattened (sārikhē) and exiled (pārikhā = strange / alien).
The closing — upādhi-vēgaḷā — Tukā rāhilā sōmvaḷā — separate from upādhi (extra-conditioning), Tuka has stayed sōmvaḷā (ritually-pure). Sōmvaḷā is the warkari-Marathi term for ritually-clean (the state in which one approaches the deity for pūjā). To be upādhi-vēgaḷā is to be sōmvaḷā.
