Abhanga 1301
For today: don't take back the load you placed on Deva; if remembrance happens at hunger-thirst, that's enough cintana; niścintī itself is Śrīpati in the antara; vaibhava is viṭāḷa.
The verse
Literal translation
English: The bhāra (placed) on Deva — don't take any of it back. At tāna-bhuke, if remembrance happens — that's good cintana. Show niścintī — that very, in the antara, is Śrīpati. Tuka considers — all vaibhava — viṭāḷa.

What it means
Don't-take-back-the-load abhang. The pivot from earlier abhangs (1217 bhāra ghālūnīyām, 1252 tujhē tujhē mastakīm) is sealed: once placed, kāḍhūm nayē — don't take any of it back. The bhakta's most common temptation is re-claiming-the-load under pressure; Tuka forbids it absolutely.
The middle line is psychologically realistic: tāna-bhukē āṭhavaṇa — ghaḍē tēm barē cintana — if remembrance happens at thirst-or-hunger, that's good cintana. Tukaram doesn't expect constant remembrance; even at moments of physical need, if Hari is remembered, that counts as cintana.
The closing equivalence: dēkhāvī niścintī — tē chi antara Śrīpatī — show niścintī (carefreeness) — that very is Śrīpati in the antara. Niścintī (no-cintā) is itself the inner-presence of Śrīpati. Worry-cessation = Hari-presence.
And the final stance: vaibhava sakaḷa — Tukā mānitō viṭāḷa — all vaibhava (worldly-glory), Tuka considers viṭāḷa. Worldly-grandeur is viṭāḷa (impure / polluted). The same word viṭāḷa that 1300 said the Gangā doesn't see — Tuka now applies to vaibhava itself.
