The verse
नाम घेतां मन निवे । जिव्हे अमृत चि जरवे । होताती बरवे । ऐसे शकुन लाभाचे ॥१॥ मन रंगलें रंगलें । तुझ्या चरणीं स्थिरावलें । केलिया विठ्ठलें । ऐसी कृपा जाणावी ॥ध्रु.॥ जालें भोजनसें दिसे । चिरा पडोनि ठेला इच्छे । धालियाच्या ऐसें । अंगा येती उद्गार ॥२॥ सुख भेटों आलें सुखा । निध सांपडला मुखा । तुका म्हणे लेखा । आतां नाहीं आनंदा ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Taking the nāma, the mind cools — amṛta drips on the tongue — such are good śakuna of lābha. The mind is colored — settled at your feet — Viṭṭhala has done such kṛpā, know. (It) looks like a meal eaten — the cirā has been placed on icchā — like a sated one, udgāras come to the body. Sukha came to meet sukha — the nidha was found by the mouth. Tuka says: there is no lēkhā now to ānanda.

What it means
Nāma-cools-mind abhang. The good śakuna (omen) of bhakti's lābha.
The opening: nāma ghētām mana nivē — jīvhē amṛta chi jaravē — taking the nāma, the mind cools; on the tongue, amṛta drips. Two precise diagnostic-signs of bhakti taking-hold: (a) the mind cools (= the agitated-mind quiets), (b) amṛta drips on the tongue (= the tongue itself begins to taste sweet during the chanting). Hōtātī baravē aisē śakuna lābhācē — such are the good omens of lābha.
The dhruva: mana rangalē rangalē — tujhyā caraṇīm sthirāvalēm — kēliyā Viṭṭhalē — aisī kṛpā jāṇāvī — the mind is rangalē (colored / dyed) — settled at your feet — Viṭṭhala has done — such kṛpā, know. Mind-coloring is Viṭṭhala's act, not the bhakta's.
The middle image is unusual: jālēm bhōjana-sē disē — cirā paḍōnī ṭhēlā icchē — dhāliyācyā aisē — angā yētī udgāra — (it) looks like a bhōjana (meal) has been eaten — the cirā (= heavy stone-lid) has been placed on icchā — like the dhālā (sated-one), udgāras (= the belches of contentment after a full meal) come to the body. The bhakti-state is digestive: the meal is eaten, the lid is on the desire-pot, satisfied-belches come naturally.
Sukha bhēṭōm ālēm sukhā — nidha sāmpaḍalā mukhā — Tukā mhaṇē lēkhā ātām nāhīm ānandā — sukha came to meet sukha — the nidha (treasure) was found by the mukha — Tuka says — no lēkhā (count) now for ānanda. The nāma in the mukha is the nidha (treasure); ānanda has now exceeded counting.
